The house is located in the small village of Echtershausen.
Behind the house is a large field (60m deep)
In front of the house stands our beautiful cherry tree.
There are playground equipment and trampoline
for the children.
There is a barbecue to enjoy outside on the terrace when the weather is nice.
The house has a ground floor and 2 floors. Each floor has a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink
Inside the house
Café - Dining room with seating for 16 guests and a proper bar and TV corner.
Kitchen with ceramic hob, 2 ovens, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.
Pots and pans, cutlery, and plates for all your meals.
3 bathrooms on each floor. Each with a toilet, shower, and sink.
Washing machine available.
The beer tap in the bar is not working!
7 bedrooms.
First floor:
3 bedrooms with a double bed and private sink.
1 bedroom with a bunk bed and private sink.
1 bedroom with a bunk bed.
Second floor:
1 family bedroom with a queen-size bed and bunk beds, and a crib.
1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed.
The 8th bedroom.
8th bedroom?
There is an 8th bedroom that can be rented for an additional fee.
This bedroom has a double bed. If you include the bedroom, the capacity becomes 18 people.

There is WiFi in the house. Especially downstairs there is good WiFi.
Upstairs the WiFi is limited.

It is forbidden to charge an electric car at the sockets of Haus Kerselaar.
